Adult Tai Chi

1 hour customized sessions are specifically designed to reduce physical and emotional pain and reduce stress, help release fibrmyalgia and arthritic symptoms and more. The sessions are fun, engaging and include peaceful music to help soothe the practice environment. Classes take place every Monday at 1pm in September.
