CHICAGO WOLVES “READ TO SUCCEED” READING PROGRAM Age: Readers through 12 years of age Date: Monday, January 7 through Friday, February 29. Registration: Begins in person at the YS reference desk on Monday, January 7. At this time each child will receive a bookmark and chart to keep track of the books he/she reads.

Write the title of each book and call number on the chart after you read it. Turn in the chart to YS by February 29 and receive a prize. WINTER TAKE & MAKE CRAFT All ages Date: January 2-31 Stop by YS and pick up a winter craft to make at home. AFRICAN COLORING PROJECT Age: 6 & older Date: Saturday, February 2 Time: 2:00-3:00pm Registration: Begins Tuesday, January 22 To celebrate Black History Month, Julie Fair is back to present an African Coloring Project. Color, cut and glue together a bookmark, flag and other crafts representing different African countries. Space is limited. MARDI GRAS Age: 6 & older Date: Tuesday, February 5 Time: 6:30-7:30pm Registration: Begins Monday, January 28 Celebrate Mardi Gras with a variety of fun activities! Space is limited. VALENTINE FRIENDS Age: 3-8 Date: Monday, February 11 Time: 4-4:45pm Registration: Begins Monday, February 4 This story time program includes stories, music, a game and craft.
